Requirements

Quality Engineering & Automation
8 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering
Proven hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams

Strong experience with:

Selenium
Java
REST API testing
Experience with automation + AI-driven quality insights

Tools & Platforms: Cloud-based test execution platforms such as:

LambdaTest
Selenium Grid
Sauce Labs (or equivalent).

Defect tracking and test management tools:

JIRA
qTest
Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD tools
Integration & Data Testing
Strong experience in integration testing across multiple systems
Expertise in data validation and reconciliation testing
Ability to validate complex data flows and downstream system impacts
Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)
Telecom domain experience
Strong domain knowledge in Commissions and Compensation, including:
Compensation restructuring
Compensation transformation
Experience across corporate, finance, and accounting workflows from sprint execution to production rollout

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced Agile environments
