Workday Developer

Consulting Solutions is seeking a Workday Finance Developer with strong emphasis on Accounting & Finance: General Accounting, Financial Accounting, Banking and Treasury, Journal workflows, Ad hoc payment workflows, Bank reconciliations, financial reporting, Financial close processes, Consolidations and eliminations, Financial process automation, Chart of Accounts and financial data-model changes

• Multiple years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Financials.
• Hands-on experience configuring and/or developing solutions within Workday Finance.
• Understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and workflows.
• Ability to gather requirements directly from Finance stakeholders and translate those requirements into Workday solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working throughout the solution lifecycle, including requirements, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned initiatives and proactively identify solutions.
• Strong Business Analysis capabilities combined with hands-on Workday experience.
• Experience with Workday Accounting Center.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Workday reporting experience, including Calculated Fields and Composite Reports.
• EIB experience.
• Experience with Workday financial integrations.
• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, Financial Accounting, Banking/Treasury, or financial close processes.
• Experience with financial transformation or Workday Finance optimization initiatives.
• Exposure to Workday architecture or solution design.
• Retail or Consumer Products industry experience.
• Workday certifications are beneficial but not required
