SAP Project Manager - SAP ERP Transformation

This is a mission-critical, high-stakes, and high-visibility contract-to-hire position. The Project Manager will drive a $100M+ SAP ERP Transformation Program with direct executive oversight and engagement., * Program Leadership: Lead and drive a large-scale, cross-regional $100M+ SAP ERP transformation.

• Executive Engagement: Report directly to program leadership and manage governance and communication with C-suite stakeholders.
• Global Coordination: Manage and coordinate over 20 team members across Europe and the Americas.
• Organizational Change: Navigate and shape complex organizational change at a global scale.
• Dependency Management: Independently track and manage multiple complex project dependencies.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success leading multi-million dollar SAP/ERP transformation projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Superior skills with executive-level reporting under high-urgency conditions.
• International Experience: Expertise managing cross-functional, international teams with complex workstreams.
• Core Skills: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of working independently.
