WGL - Infrastructure & Cybersecurity, Business Analyst

• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Analyze vulnerability scan results and security telemetry to build risk-ranked remediation backlogs and track them to closure.
• Support identity and access management initiatives - lifecycle provisioning, role-based access, access certifications, and least-privilege design.
• Manage ServiceNow workflows for access requests, incidents, changes, and remediation tracking.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including DR testing and cyber recovery readiness.
• Build dashboards and reporting that give technical and business stakeholders visibility into risk, remediation progress, and control effectiveness.
• Support enterprise infrastructure modernization programs and cross-functional project delivery.

• 5+ years in business analysis across IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, including vulnerability management and/or IAM program support.
• Experience with vulnerability management tooling (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender) and risk-based prioritization.
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts - SSO, MFA, RBAC, privileged access, and access certification; SailPoint experience a plus.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience (ITSM, SecOps, CMDB).
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Strong data analytics skills (Power BI, SQL, Python) and an understanding of how AI/ML applies to security and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
