Software Engineer (LLM)

Design and deploy agentic AI workflows leveraging autonomous planning and tool use to streamline internal operations and improve system efficiency

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Python
• Conduct vulnerability analysis to support mission-critical initiatives
• Develop and document new tradecraft
• Execute customer requests and provide technical solutions aligned with mission needs
• Perform customer outreach to understand requirements and support strategic initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)

• 12 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Deep experience leveraging LLMs to solve complex problems, including prompt engineering and model optimization
• Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools
• Strong experience with Python, including data parsing and manipulation
• Experience with networking concepts and protocols
• Experience conducting open source research
• Familiarity with Git
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000 Disclaimer: Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc.
