Experienced Property Manager in Stafford TX (Bi-Lingual)

• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and daily property operations
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and follow up with prospects in a timely manner
• Process applications, rental verifications, and resident paperwork accurately
• Maintain resident files and update information in ResMan
• Conduct property tours and promote community amenities and specials
• Address resident concerns professionally and help resolve issues efficiently
• Support occupancy and leasing goals by generating traffic and closing leases
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required to effectively assist residents and prospects

Must be Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish), The ideal candidate will have prior property management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
