Job description

* Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies to enable predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities and enhancements. * Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum. * Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness. * Promote Agile best practices, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery outcomes * Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint metrics, release status reports, dependency tracking, and program-level delivery metrics to support stakeholder visibility and decision-making.

Requirements

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution., Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams. * Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices. * Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders. * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM),Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent * Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Army, DoD, federal acquisition, contracting, financial, or other mission enterprise systems.
  • Ability to coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate continuous improvement, and promote predictable delivery across cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$125,000 - $135,000 USD
