Sr. Java Developer (Order Management)

The Java Developer will join the US-Comms, Media & Technology team to drive a mission-critical, short-term project focusing on order management backend systems. The team’s mission is to rapidly design, scale, and maintain stable microservices that support enterprise application integration. This role leverages modern development practices and automated accelerators to deliver high-quality, scalable code in an agile environment., · Develop and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. · Develop and support APIs, backend services, and integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems. · Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and application behavior, identify root causes, and implement fixes to ensure system stability. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to support agile delivery. · Utilize GenAI tools and automation accelerators to improve development efficiency, code quality, documentation, testing, and defect analysis. · Follow development best practices including code reviews, CI/CD processes, secure coding standards, and technical documentation., · Design, build, and maintain robust backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. · Develop, secure, and support high-throughput APIs and integrations connecting enterprise systems with third-party networks. · Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production bugs and application performance bottlenecks by analyzing logs and tracking platform behavior. · Incorporate GenAI utilities and automated tools to maximize code quality, accelerate software delivery, and optimize unit testing mechanisms.

his role is hybrid in West Chester, PA. Must have the ability to go onsite as needed (usually only 2-3 days a week, but sometimes for a week at a time). Duration: Should be at least 6 months, maybe a year 8-10 years of experience needed for this.- senior level Work Setup: 100% onsite in West Chester, PA. Candidates must be strictly local as no travel or relocation expenses will be paid.
