Define and own end-to-end solution architecture, including model selection, agent design, data ingestion strategies, integrations, security, governance, evaluation frameworks, and cost optimization.

Lead global engineering teams through hands-on implementation, establishing AI engineering, prompt engineering, and development best practices.

Collaborate closely with business, technology, security, and delivery stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution.

Drive solution adoption and measurable business value by establishing success metrics, monitoring performance, and supporting production-scale AI operations.

Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent orchestration frameworks.

Hands-on proficiency in Python and data ingestion, retrieval, and integration patterns, including vector database technologies.

Experience designing AI systems with enterprise-grade observability, governance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, or comparable cloud-based AI platforms.

These Will Help You Stand Out

Healthcare industry experience with a strong understanding of healthcare business processes and regulatory considerations.

Experience implementing advanced agent design patterns, memory management, workflow orchestration, and tool integration frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Experience leading distributed or global technology teams.
