Accenture Life Insurance and Annuity Industry (ALIP) Integration Architect

The Integration Lead Architect playing a pivotal role in ensuring that diverse software applications within an organization work seamlessly together.

This position requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic planning, and effective communication to align integration efforts with business objectives., * Design end-to-end integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, data flows, and service orchestration.

• Develop the integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology initiatives.
• Lead and mentor integration teams, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and frameworks
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, development teams, and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned with product capabilities.
• Engage with potential clients, understand their integration needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure the integration architecture meets scalability and performance standards.
• Provide development oversight to teams and ensure integration solutions meet client needs and the requirements.
• Proactively identify risks related to integration dependencies and data flow.
• Assist in deployment activities, monitor integration performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in integration technologies and propose enhancements to existing solutions
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and leadership on integration initiatives.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
