Are you an experienced and talented Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM) Systems Architect who’s looking for a remote opportunity on an exciting Federal contract? We are assisting a key client in filling the role of ICAM Systems Architect. Our client is known for low turnover due to their great employee engagement and stellar benefits. Overview:
This ICAM Systems Architect will:
- Lead the development of enterprise ICAM architecture supporting systems, enterprise applications, and future modernization initiatives.
- Identify high-level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of the enterprise architecture
- Design system ICAM implementation architecture including the software, hardware, and communications to support current requirements, as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
- Identify, assess, and present options for meeting functional and technical requirements, including authentication and authorization (A&A), segregation of duties, and privileged access management.
- Evaluate workflows, organization and planning, looking for any issues and developing corrective action.
- Define and document functional, technical, security, and integration requirements for application onboarding and identity services.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and consultation to engineers, analysts, developers, and government stakeholders
Requirements

At least fifteen (15) years of systems architecture, engineering, enterprise architecture, or ICAM experience

Experience with: o Developing enterprise architecture solutions for large-scale systems and applications within DoD or Federal environments o Defining authentication, authorization, access governance, and identity management requirements. o Evaluating application architectures and developing integration strategies. o Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), or similar enterprise IAM platforms. o Creating technical designs, architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation guidance. o Supporting enterprise system integration and application onboarding. o Access governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), segregation of duties, and privileged access management concepts.
- Strong systems design, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certification(s) from nationally recognized technical authorities
- Master’s Degree in a technical discipline
- Possess an active Secret or higher clearance
