Senior QA Engineer (Automation | Performance Testing | AI-Assisted QA)

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can own end-to-end testing, work independently, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. This is a hands-on role requiring strong automation, performance testing, and debugging skills in a fast-paced product environment., * Design, execute, and maintain manual & automated test cases.

• Develop test plans, test strategies, and QA documentation.
• Perform benchmarking, performance, regression, and release testing.
• Reproduce, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
• Create QA dashboards and monitor quality metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
• Review application code to improve testing effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, debugging, and defect analysis.
• Coordinate testing activities across distributed teams.

? 7+ years of Software QA experience

? Strong Automation Testing background

? Ability to read and understand application code

? Performance / Benchmarking Testing experience

? Experience using AI tools/agents in QA workflows

? Python, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge

? Excellent debugging and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing large-scale consumer or social media applications
• Dashboard creation and QA metrics reporting
• CI/CD and modern automation frameworks
• Experience working with offshore teams, This role is best suited for candidates with a strong technical QA background who are comfortable with automation, code reading, performance testing, and AI-assisted testing. Candidates with only manual QA experience or limited technical expertise are unlikely to be considered.
