Job description

  • Design and execute SAP SLO-based system landscape transformation programs including mergers, divestitures, and carve-outs using tools such as DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, and SLT.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration planning, analysis, and execution activities across SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and related systems.
  • Configure and operate SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT) for real-time data replication scenarios.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define migration objects, transformation rules, and data mapping strategies.
  • Perform system analysis, data profiling, and gap assessments to identify transformation risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Support cutover planning, rehearsals, and go-live execution for SLO-driven transformation projects.
  • Advise client stakeholders on SAP SLO best practices, tool selection, and phased migration approaches.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

An SAP data management specialist with deep expertise in System Landscape Optimization (SLO) tools and methodologies. Your technical superpower? Architecting and executing complex system landscape transformations-mergers, carve-outs, data migrations-using industry-leading tools like Data Migration for SAP (DMLT), SNP Transformation Backbone, and SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT). You bring hands-on experience guiding clients through high-stakes data transformation programs and thrive in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments. Your communication skills are just as sharp as your technical skills-you can translate complex data challenges into clear roadmaps for client stakeholders., * A minimum of 5 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years specifically focused on SAP SLO tools including DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, or SAP LT Replication Server (SLT).

  • A minimum of 2 full end-to-end SAP system landscape transformation or data migration implementations (merger, carve-out, or harmonization).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration concepts, including LTMC/LTMOM or equivalent migration tooling.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP data structures and business objects across at least two functional areas (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, then 6 years of work experience required)., * You have a SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional certification in SAP S/4HANA Migration or related area.
  • You have experience with SNP Cockpit, SNP CrystalBridge, or Natuvion Data Provisioning Platform.
  • You have familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and integration patterns relevant to migration scenarios.
  • You have prior experience working in a Big 4 or global systems integrator consulting environment.
  • You have experience supporting client-facing workshops, solution design sessions, or executive steering committee presentations.
