Requirements

12+ years of IT experience with 6-8+ years in Salesforce architecture
Strong expertise in:
Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Apex, LWC
Data modeling, security, and sharing architecture
Hands-on experience with:
Data Cloud
Agentforce / Einstein AI capabilities
Strong integration experience:
MuleSoft and API-led architecture
Event-driven integration patterns
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations

Certifications

Salesforce Application Architect
Salesforce System Architect
Salesforce CTA (Good to Have)

Domain Experience (Preferred)

Healthcare / Life Sciences domain exposure
Experience working with research and academic ecosystems

Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with enterprise architects and leadership teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
