Senior Acquisition Program Systems Engineer

Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Systems Engineer supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Armament Directorate Munitions Division (AFLCMC/EBH) at Hill AFB, UT., Duties may include, but are not limited to: Support systems engineering activities across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support)

• Support requirements development, analysis, traceability, and verification
• Conduct system design, integration, and technical analysis activities
• Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, interface documents, and engineering reports
• Support technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR) and program milestone activities
• Collaborate with program management, logistics, test, and cybersecurity teams to ensure integrated system performance
• Analyze system performance and recommend design or process improvements
• Support risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning
• Provide technical input to acquisition documentation and program decision-making

• Bachelor of Science degree in related discipline and 20 years of relevant experience; OR Master of Science degree in related discipline and 15 years of relevant experience; OR PhD in related discipline and 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs or similar engineering environments
• Experience supporting system development, integration, and/or sustainment activities
• Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS or similar) and modeling tools (SysML or similar), * Current Top Secret clearance
• Undergraduate and/or graduate engineering degree from a college or university with an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program.
• Experience with armament systems (air-to-air, air-to-surface munitions, missiles, or related systems)
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and DoDI 5000 series
