Job description

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Infrastrukturen sowie der eingesetzten Anwendungen
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs und Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Analyse und Behebung eskalierter Fehler, überwiegend remote, bei Bedarf auch direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Mitarbeit an Kundenprojekten zur Modernisierung und Erweiterung von IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Changes
  • Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung von Betriebs-, Prozess- und Systemdokumentationen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in Windows Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie Netzwerktechnik, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Lösungen (z. B. Microsoft 365 / Azure)
