Job description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a candidate that has strong experience with VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and enterprise infrastructure administration. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for identifying issues, developing action plans, and executing solutions with minimal oversight. This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on systems engineering, modernization initiatives, identity management, endpoint management, and advanced troubleshooting.

Requirements

4-6+ years of Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related experience.
Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

*Familiarity with languages like YAML, batch and json.

*Experience with core technologies such as Rubrik for backup, NetApp for storage, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, ITIL, and ticketing systems.

*Solid understanding of DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, ping, and traceroute.

Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration. * Strong PowerShell skills
Automation experience
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred.
