BI Lead - ACWS

* Lead BI strategy, reporting governance, dashboards, and analytics * Manage report inventory, rationalization, validation, and modernization * Translate stakeholder needs into reporting products * Coordinate data quality, testing, user acceptance, and production support * Improve automated reporting and decision support.

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution., Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field * 7+ Years in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing. * Comp Tia Sec+ certified and SAP Business Objects, Qlik or related BI certification * Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools * Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems. * Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
• Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired
