  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and negotiate with internal partners, general contractors, landlord/developer representatives, and municipal authorities.

  • Value Engineering: Optimize project costs while maintaining quality and brand standards.

  • Operational Coordination: Ensure phased construction sequencing minimizes disruption to active store operations, customers, and team members.

  • Contract Management: Manage change orders, contract compliance, and RFI accountability.

  • Contractor Accountability: Manage lead times for permitting, OFI equipment, refrigeration systems, and jurisdictional inspections.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with life safety, OSHA, and food safety requirements at active store job sites.

  • Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship; foster accountability and shared fate.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continual improvement of Construction SOPs and bidding procedures.

  • This is a remote by design position requiring access to a major international airport with a travel requirement of 75-80% based on project workload
