IT Systems Analysis II

• Guides complex research, design, development, and implementation of new and emerging technologies, platforms, and services.
• Develop product configuration guidelines, training, rollout, and implementation support for technical architecture projects.
• Apply advanced skills to independently resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices.
• Displays critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and cross-functional problems.
• Provide third-tier support and escalation point for all network and infrastructure functions - switching, routing, wireless, client management, On’premises, hybrid, and cloud Active Directory Infrastructure, Exchange, Office 365, Intune device, and mobile device management, etc.
• Design, architect, and manage network infrastructure that best supports business and cloud-first initiatives
• Collaborating with Technical Architects in network and other systems domain designs
• Lead cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
• Limited travel of 10-15% is required to support satellite offices; employees must be able to provide transportation to and from satellite offices and transport desktop-related hardware if needed.
• After-hours, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on work volume, outages, and emergencies.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will excel in high-level network design and implementation, leveraging Microsoft Cloud Solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. They will combine technical expertise with strong cross-cultural communication and presentation skills. This role requires self-directed work, leadership, and client relationship management, all aimed at driving the enterprise network infrastructure and digital workplace forward., * BS/BA in a related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Two to four years of successful experience in Information Technology.
• Two to four years of working knowledge/experience of working and supporting Microsoft, Cisco and VMWare technologies

Essential Job Knowledge

Requires excellent customer service and organizational skills to support executives, department heads, supervisors, administrative personnel,

engineers, and staff.

Intermediate understanding of desktop and server software/hardware, including printer hardware, and the subsequent implementation, support, and

repair.

Good understanding of storage technologies like RAID, SAN and HCI.

Intermediate understanding of desktop Operating Systems from Microsoft.

Moderate understanding of operating systems and hardware from Apple.

Ability to read/write/modify object-oriented programming and scripting technologies: PowerShell, and JavaScript.

Intermediate understanding of Windows server-based Operating Systems and Linux server-based Operating Systems.

Intermediate understanding of deploying Virtual machines, backup routines and Hyper-Visors.

Intermediate understanding of networking protocols, topology, and troubleshooting.

Intermediate understanding of technology such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, TCP/IP, LDAP.

Intermediate to moderate understanding of modern mobile technologies and their implementation in a corporate environment. Must be completely

comfortable with the support of mobile technology.

Experience in video conference technology and support.

Experience and knowledge in VoIP telephony.

Experience with hardware systems from HPE, Dell, Cisco, Fortigate, SonicWALL, and Ubiquiti.

Must have the ability to write up policies and procedures and document the work environment clearly and concisely.

• The starting pay range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and
