Director Data Scientist Management

• Lead complex, end-to-end AI solution development on our AI platform ELIZA, from problem shaping and experimentation through deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Provide technical direction to pods and guide prioritization, trade-offs, and architecture decisions across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Governance.
• Design and embed responsible AI practices into our solutions, including evaluation methods, transparency standards, risk controls, and human oversight patterns.
• Help shape our AI Hub responsible AI framework.
• Partner with platform teams to deliver scalable, observable, secure capabilities.
• Establish drift and quality monitoring, as well as cost-aware performance.
• Mentor junior team members and uplift engineering quality through documentation, reusable accelerators, and communities of practice.
• Contribute to AI Hub standards, reference architectures, and platform components.

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or Management, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience delivering AI/ML in enterprise environments with proven ownership of multi-phase or multi-pod programs.
• Deep applied experience across LLMs/NLP, agentic systems, retrieval architectures, robust evaluation, and enterprise-grade delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity, set technical direction, and drive outcomes across teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members.
