Own Software Engineering end to end: architecture, delivery, and lifecycle for UKI products
Drive revenue growth through differentiated capabilities, faster time to value, and commercial execution
Deliver high-quality, mission-critical, regulated clinical software with clear accountability for outcomes
Lead AI-first transformation across platforms, and engineering practices, improving velocity, quality, and cost to serve
Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to accelerate go-to-market, implementations, renewals, and expansion
Lead globally distributed teams with strong execution discipline and outcome-based accountability- headcount of 65+ across UK and India

Proven director level ownership of Software Engineering covering workforce transformation, AI strategy & governance and global scale delivery
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering growth for a software vendor/author and owning software portfolios of circa £100M
Experience delivering large-scale, regulated or mission-critical platforms
Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled or technology-led transformation
Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder engagement skills with Customers, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Support and Professional Services
Experience leading global, multi-time-zone teams, 70+ headcount
Knowledge of regulated software environments such as healthcare desirable
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
OK with remote based role and occasional travel to international company offices and customer sites
