Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll & HCM Consultant

We have a requirement for a senior Oracle Fusion Payroll and HCM Consultant to support a client following an Oracle-led implementation., The client is currently struggling to manage and optimise the solution and requires an experienced consultant who can:

• Review the current Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Work closely with both the client and Oracle to improve support and resolve immediate issues.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on the platform.
• Help stabilise the environment before eventually handing over to a permanent resource.

The ideal consultant will have a strong expertise as a Payroll/HCM Solution Architect, combining both product knowledge and technical understanding., The consultant should have experience across:

• Talent Requisition
• Core HCM
• Recruiting
• Absence Management
• Payroll
