Job description
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design and build solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
- Take solutions from initial requirement and design through development, testing, release and production support.
- Help establish Power Platform development standards, governance and deployment processes.
- Develop automated workflows and business applications for departments across the firm.
- Support the continued adoption of SharePoint Online and associated workflow automation.
- Provide technical guidance on Power Platform capabilities, environments and licensing.
- Work alongside .NET-focused developers to integrate Power Platform solutions with existing applications and services.
- Contribute to emerging Azure, AI and legal-technology initiatives.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Approximately three to five years’ commercial low-code or Power Platform experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate.
- Experience designing and developing Power Apps.
- Evidence of personally taking solutions from requirements gathering through to delivery.
- Experience working with business users and translating their needs into practical technical solutions.
- Understanding of Power Platform environments, governance and licensing.
- Experience testing, releasing and supporting Power Platform solutions in a commercial environment.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Power Pages.
- Power BI.
- Dataverse and model-driven applications.
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD or Power Platform ALM.
- SharePoint Online workflows and integrations.
- Azure Functions, Azure services or AI-enabled solutions.
- C#/.NET, JavaScript, APIs or SQL Server.
- Experience within legal, professional services or another stakeholder-led environment.
