SAP Solution Manager

SAP Solution Manager serves as a centralized platform to manage the complete lifecycle of SAP applications, from implementation through to operations and continuous improvement. It enables structured governance of change, release, and transport management, ensuring controlled and compliant system updates. The platform provides integrated monitoring, incident management, and system health insights to maintain stable and efficient operations. Additionally, it supports project delivery, testing, and documentation, enhancing overall transparency, traceability, and delivery effectiveness.

• Role & Responsibility

As part of the Services, Supplier will perform the following tasks.

The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP Life cycle

• Manage end-to-end SAP application lifecycle (ALM) including implementation, operations, and optimization.
• Govern and execute Change Request Management (ChaRM) for transport, enhancements, and fixes.
• Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and integration through centralized monitoring.
• Drive incident, problem, and service request management (ITSM) ensuring SLA compliance.
• Plan and control release and deployment cycles across system landscapes.
• Maintain project documentation repository (Blueprints, Functional & Technical specs).
• Manage test lifecycle including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Support business process monitoring and optimization across SAP landscape.
• Handle technical administration (SLD, LMDB, system connections, configurations).
• Deliver analytics, dashboards, and reporting for operational and governance insights.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
