This role is critical in advancing the university’s digital transformation by managing the TDX Service Management platform, while driving complex integrations through the TDX iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between administrative configuration and advanced software development to create a seamless, automated environment for campus stakeholders., iPaaS Development: Design and implement enterprise-grade integration flows within TDX iPaaS, ensuring high availability and scalable logic for multi-step automations. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain custom scripts and logic to handle data transformation and conditional routing between campus systems. API Management: Develop and maintain bi-directional integrations between TDX and core university systems (e.g., Banner, Workday, Canvas). System Administration: Execute core administrative tasks including system configuration, security role definition, and environment management (Sandbox to Production). Technical Escalation: Serve as the Tier 3 point of contact for integration failures, utilizing system logs and debugging tools to resolve API and synchronization issues.

  2. Integration Expertise: Progressive understanding of API design patterns, specifically RESTful APIs or GraphQL, including authentication protocols (OAuth, API Keys), JSON/XML payload parsing, and the use of tools like Postman.
  3. Data Architecture: Experience with data mapping and schema translation, including the management of complex logic in an enterprise setting, with a preference for iPaaS-based solutions
  4. Problem Solving: Proven proficiency in performing technical diagnostics within multi-system environments related to middleware, webhooks, and synchronization bottlenecks., 1. Integration & Webhook Management: Proven experience configuring and monitoring outbound webhooks and listener endpoints to trigger real-time actions and automate cross-system workflows.
  5. Database & SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to develop complex SQL queries and database connectors to facilitate deep data extraction and support robust integration requirements.
  6. CI/CD & Version Control: Demonstrated expertise in maintaining version control (e.g., Git) for custom scripts and integration logic, adhering to enterprise-level deployment and documentation standards.
  7. Security & Compliance: Experience conducting security audits of API keys and iPaaS connectors to ensure strict alignment with data privacy standards and institutional policies.
  8. API Roadmap Evaluation: Ability to analyze technical documentation and API release notes (specifically for platforms like TDX) to evaluate new features and connectors for potential adoption.
  9. Performance Optimization: Skill in monitoring integration flow latency and API rate limits, with a focus on refactoring inefficient logic to maintain optimal platform performance
  10. Technical Documentation: Experience developing and maintaining detailed technical specifications and process flow diagrams to support the long-term stability and documentation of automated systems.
