Job description

  • Manage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for lab build-outs, rack integration, and wireless deployment programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, Security, and OEM vendors to ensure project success.
  • Track hardware logistics such as racks, switches, optics, cabling, and manage risks related to long-lead items.
  • Oversee change management processes, including configuration pushes, validation gates, and maintenance windows.
  • Provide status reports, dashboards, and conduct regular operational reviews to keep leadership informed and aligned. What’s Needed?

  • Fundamental understanding of data center and campus network infrastructure, including VLANs, subnetting, and BGP basics.
  • Experience with lab and test environment models, network segmentation, and rack integration workflows.
  • Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible, Git, and validation processes like canary deployments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk for operational telemetry.
