Full Stack Front End Focused

· Supports research and development of development frameworks, and definition of standards.

· Leads and implements initiatives as required to deliver business objectives.

· Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.

· Designs solutions, writes code, performs unit testing, develops appropriate artefacts / documentation, and facilitates final delivery.

· Supports production issues, includes independently completing root-cause analysis and diagnosis.

· Devises new algorithms and data structures for target environment and platform attributes in alignment with architectural patterns.

· Builds solutions that are supportable, scalable and achieve our aspiration of common assets.

· Recommends or automates approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

· Supports the management of specific project deliverables & outcomes.

· Identifies opportunities to strengthen the development capability, such as: sharing expertise to promote technical development, mentoring employees, building communities of practice and networks.

· Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learning.

· 3-6 years of professional software development experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

· Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+).

· Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.

· Strong hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development practices.

· Strong experience with Java development.

· Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks.

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

· Experience consuming and integrating APIs within React applications.

· Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.

· Experience working with Git and source control best practices.

· Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.

· Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

· Experience troubleshooting and supporting production applications.

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

· Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
