Requirements
- 12+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, AI/ML, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
- Experience integrating OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini APIs.
- Strong experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
- Ability to design AI architecture, lead technical teams, make architectural decisions, and remain hands-on with development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
