This team turns complex workforce data into clear strategic direction and ensures our HR technology ecosystem operates seamlessly to support enterprise decisions. With an inclusive culture and flexible work environment, we work together with boldness, curiosity and commitment so we can all win together.

As Sr. Manager, HRIS & People Analytics, you will set the vision, prioritize the roadmap and lead a global team to deliver actionable workforce insights and advanced planning capabilities. Based out of our DFW office in a hybrid arrangement, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, IT and business leadership to enable data-driven talent strategies. This role requires technical depth across core HR systems, strong governance practices and the emotional intelligence needed to build trust and drive continuous operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

Own and mature enterprise workforce planning capabilities, including labor forecasting, modeling and Workday Adaptive processes.

Govern Workday Security for reporting, data access and system configuration while driving quality release management through SDLC, testing and governance.

Partner with senior HR, Finance, Technology and business leaders to align analytics priorities with enterprise outcomes and translate platform roadmaps into actionable delivery plans.

Champion the responsible adoption of agentic AI across supported platforms to reduce manual waste, streamline analytics delivery and improve team throughput.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Analytics, data modeling, workforce planning or HR technology, including team leadership or major cross-functional initiative ownership.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Prism and Worksheets.

Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Visier or Power BI, with proven executive storytelling skills.

Demonstrated leadership in developing talent through coaching, building cross-functional trust, maintaining strict data confidentiality and driving operational efficiency.

Practical ability to apply agentic AI responsibly to enhance analytics quality, eliminate waste and improve team productivity.

Preferred qualifications

3+ years of experience with Workday Security, specifically data security, governance and scalable access models.

Direct experience with SQL development (BigQuery, MSSQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL) and Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning.

Hands-on experience configuring Workday and an informed understanding of key HR touchpoints across the complete hire-to-retire lifecycle.
