Requirements

  • Strong Java backend development
  • Spring / Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with AWS
  • REST APIs and Microservices
  • Cloud-native application development
  • Database/SQL experience
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices

AI / LLM Tools - Important Requirement

Resources should have knowledge or hands-on experience with modern LLM/AI-assisted development tools, specifically:

  • Claude Code
  • Microsoft Copilot / GitHub Copilot
  • Amazon Kiro
  • General understanding of LLMs and Generative AI tools
  • Ability to use AI coding assistants for development, debugging, code generation, documentation, and productivity

Candidate Profile

Looking for strong backend engineers who can work in an AWS environment and are comfortable adopting AI-assisted software development tools.
