Oracle CX Architect

• 14+ years of overall IT/consulting experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle CX Cloud experience.
• Strong experience as an Oracle CX Solution/Technical Architect.
• Strong Lead-to-Cash architecture experience is mandatory.

• Strong experience with at least 3+ Oracle CX modules, such as:

• Oracle Sales
• Oracle Service
• Oracle CPQ
• Oracle Subscription Management
• Oracle Marketing
• Oracle Commerce
• Oracle Field Service

Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integrations.

Experience integrating Oracle CX with Oracle ERP/Financials, SCM and third-party applications.

Strong understanding of customer/account/contact data models and data governance.

Experience with Application Composer, Groovy, VBCS and Redwood.

Strong understanding of security, roles, data migration and environment management.

Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills.

Ability to work independently with distributed/global teams.

Oracle CX certifications.

Experience with Oracle CDM / Customer Data Management.

Experience with Oracle Analytics / Fusion Analytics.

Experience with Oracle AI capabilities, Digital Assistant or CX AI.

Experience in enterprise CRM transformation programs.

Experience working with C-level and senior business stakeholders.
