If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in., The Senior Oracle Fusion Engineer will serve as the top individual contributor responsible for the technical architecture and development of complex custom solutions, extensions, and reports within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment. This expert-level role is crucial for creating and maintaining high-performance, scalable solutions that support high-volume transactional processes, especially within Supply Chain Execution and Finance, * Senior Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

• Advanced Development Execution: Own the hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules, prioritizing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across the Oracle Fusion environment.
• Custom Development: Personally drive the design and development of the most complex and sensitive technical solutions (Extensions, Complex Interfaces, Customizations) using core Fusion development tools: BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
• Deep Dive Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, providing rapid root cause analysis and implementing permanent, preventative technical resolutions across system code or configuration.
• Integration Design: Lead performance tuning initiatives for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces partnering with OIC/OPA Developer.
• Technical Standards: Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for all development work performed by the technical team.

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
• 6+ years of hands-on, deep implementation, and technology support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
• Mandatory: Proven history of designing, building, or architecting complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using tools like AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
• Deep understanding of integration technology, including proven experience designing robust interfaces using OIC for shop floor and warehouse systems.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in an organization transitioning to Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with other Oracle PaaS tools.
• Experience setting up/using CI/CD tools like FlexDeploy
• Third-party supporting software experience like Avalara, Kyriba, Zip, etc.
• Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
• Relevant professional product/functional certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications)
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
