  • Be an early applicant, * Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von IT-Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard-, Software- und Microsoft-365-Themen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen sowie mobilen Endgeräten
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen in Microsoft-Umgebungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur und Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
  • Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Wissensdatenbanken und Unterstützung bei Inventarisierungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik, Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Service Desk oder in der Systemadministration
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows Clients und Windows Server Umgebungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
