Requirements

8+ years of frontend engineering experience, including enterprise-scale delivery and distributed teams.
Strong hands-on expertise in Angular and ReactJS.
Strong TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS skills.
Experience with UI/component libraries: o Angular Material o Material UI o Bootstrap or equivalent
Strong state-management experience with NgRx, Redux, or Context API.
Ability to build reusable UI components and design systems.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise backend services using JSON, OAuth2, and JWT.
Experience with cloud-hosted applications, preferably AWS, and cloud-native modernization.
Proficiency in: o Git o CI/CD pipelines o Automated testing o Observability o Performance tuning o Secure coding practices
Strong troubleshooting, estimation, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX and collaborate across offshore teams. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting applications with a large enterprise user base.
Exposure to Node.js, micro-frontends, modern build tooling, containerized deployments, and frontend architecture modernization.
Experience in automotive, retail, dealer, customer experience, or similarly complex enterprise domains., The ideal candidate is an 8+ year Frontend/UI Lead with deep Angular + React + TypeScript experience, strong frontend architecture and state-management skills, and experience leading enterprise-scale applications and distributed teams.
