Job description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications using Python. Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and platform components. Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform or comparable cloud platforms. Work with infrastructure and application teams to build secure, highly available, and scalable systems. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting capabilities. Participate in architecture, technical design, and code/design reviews. Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation. Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and performance issues. Apply software engineering best practices around OOP, design patterns, scalability, security, and reliability. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.

Requirements

Lead Software Engineer - Python / Google Cloud Platform We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong Python development expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native software applications. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering experience, strong backend/API development skills, and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
