Job description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Java/Kotlin to build enterprise-grade applications incorporating agentic AI capabilities. This is a hands-on product engineering role for engineers who can build applications and services from scratch, own features end to end, and use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude as part of their engineering workflow., * Design and build enterprise applications and new product capabilities from scratch.

  • Own features end to end, including architecture, backend implementation, APIs, frontend integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Build scalable backend services primarily using Java and/or Kotlin.
  • Design APIs, service integrations, data models, and distributed application components.
  • Contribute across the full stack while maintaining strong backend ownership.
  • Build agentic AI capabilities from the ground up, including multi-step workflows, tool calling, orchestration, state/context management, and agent-to-application integrations.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, services, databases, and existing product workflows.
  • Apply appropriate reliability patterns such as validation, guardrails, retries, fallbacks, observability, and human controls.
  • Use Codex, Claude/Claude Code, or similar AI-driven development workflows for implementation, debugging, testing, refactoring, and engineering productivity.
  • Participate in architecture/design reviews and contribute reusable engineering and agentic patterns.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is first a strong enterprise software engineer, with the ability to design and implement agentic capabilities rather than solely integrate prebuilt AI solutions., * 7+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred.

  • Strong hands-on Java and/or Kotlin development experience.
  • Strong backend engineering experience building production enterprise applications.
  • Genuine full-stack experience, including integration with modern frontend applications.
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise applications or major product capabilities from scratch.
  • Strong API, microservices, distributed systems, data integration, and production engineering fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows, rather than only calling LLM APIs.
  • Understanding of agent orchestration, tool/function calling, context/state management, RAG or retrieval patterns, and agent reliability.
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks/SDKs such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic tooling, or comparable technologies.
  • Familiarity with Codex and/or Claude-driven software development.
  • Experience shipping, testing, debugging, and operating production systems.

Preferred:

  • React/TypeScript experience sufficient to contribute to full-stack feature delivery.
  • Experience building AI-enabled SaaS or enterprise products.
  • Experience with agent evaluation, observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • Experience in regulated, financial, or other high-reliability enterprise environments.
