Management SolarWinds, Network Layer Network Routing Network Security Complex Networks Operating Expense Business Valuation Wide Area Networks Network Monitoring Network Diagnostics Full Stack Development Network Infrastructure Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Juniper Network Technologies Virtual Private Networks (VPN) Network Performance Management Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate Software-Defined Networking Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), We are seeking an experienced Network Installer to support and maintain critical network infrastructure across multiple sites throughout the Indianapolis region. This is a field-based position requiring travel to various locations, where you will be responsible for network installations, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure modernization projects.
The selected candidate will be assigned a regional home base and travel as needed to support network operations, cutovers, and technology refresh initiatives. Travel expenses are reimbursed, and assignments are expected to be long-term., * Install, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Perform network cutovers, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across complex network environments.
- Support SD-WAN deployments and network modernization initiatives.
- Conduct testing and validation using network diagnostic tools, including OTDR.
- Configure and maintain routing, switching, VPNs, and IP-based networking solutions.
- Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios.
- Support TDM-to-IP migration projects and other infrastructure transformation efforts.
- Document installation activities, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with:
- Network installations and upgrades
- Network cutovers and migrations
- SD-WAN technologies
- Layer 1 through Layer 3 networking
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience working with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipment.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios.
- Ability to travel throughout the Indianapolis region and support multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale network modernization efforts.
- Knowledge of network security, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Experience working within highly regulated or mission-critical environments.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- CCNA
- CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
- Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS
- BICSI
- Experience supporting infrastructure transformation, migration, or modernization programs., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
