Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant specializing in EBTax, Cash Management, and Project Accounting. The consultant will support Customers Oracle Finance environment by partnering with business stakeholders, defining functional solutions, leading testing activities, and driving successful adoption of new capabilities and process improvements., The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle EBS R12 functional expertise in specialized finance modules and prior experience supporting Oracle 11i to R12 implementations or upgrades., Serve as the functional SME for:

Oracle E-Business Tax (EBTax)

Oracle Cash Management (CE)

Oracle Project Accounting (PA)

Gather and validate business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.

Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and process review meetings.

Design and recommend functional solutions aligned with business needs.

Develop detailed functional specifications and support technical teams during implementation.

Lead UAT planning, execution, business validations, and defect management activities.

Support integrations, reporting requirements, and process enhancements.

Drive business adoption and user training initiatives.

Assist in Oracle Finance upgrade and transformation projects.

8+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience.

Strong expertise in:

Oracle EBTax

Oracle Cash Management

Oracle Project Accounting

Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support experience.

Hands-on experience in Oracle 11i to R12 implementation or upgrade projects.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.

Experience conducting UAT, testing, and business validation activities.

Ability to independently engage business stakeholders and drive requirements discussions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Techno-functional background.

Experience with Oracle interfaces, conversions, and reporting processes.

SQL and data analysis skills.

Manufacturing industry experience.

Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Financials is a plus.
