Job description

Develop and maintain reporting templates within the EHR system Run EHR reports and track organizational and departmental performance Monitor EHR data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Identify data-entry errors, trends, and areas requiring improvement Work with staff to correct data-quality issues Train employees on proper EHR documentation and data-entry procedures Help establish and maintain data-quality standards and best practices Troubleshoot basic EHR and data-related issues Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve system usage Support ongoing reporting and EHR improvement initiatives

Requirements

This position will focus on EHR reporting, data quality, staff training, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate has experience working with EHR systems, understands how accurate data impacts healthcare operations, and is comfortable identifying and resolving data-entry issues., Previous experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Experience with data quality, reporting, and performance tracking Strong technical aptitude; IT background or related experience strongly preferred Experience developing reports or reporting templates Comfortable training and supporting end users Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment Additional Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

Pass required fingerprinting/background screening Provide required proof of COVID vaccination Pass a pre-employment drug screening
