Job description

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track clinical performance, operational efficiency, business development activity, and financial results using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Work directly with clinical leaders, operations teams, and executives to understand workflow, productivity, turnaround times, staffing levels, and capacity utilization.
  • Analyze referral, marketing, and market data to support growth and business decisions.
  • Partner with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling tied to staffing, growth initiatives, and operational changes.
  • Translate data into clear explanations and summaries for executive and leadership audiences, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities rather than just presenting metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating sources, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting definitions and reporting logic across systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in analytics, statistics, computer science, healthcare administration, or related.
  • Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL, including building dashboards and creating reports used by leadership teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience reviewing operational and financial data and discussing the business impact.
  • Ability to take ownership of analysis, critically assess data, identify gaps, and partner with stakeholders to clarify metrics and insights for decision-making. Experience working in healthcare environments is strongly preferred; exposure to radiology, imaging, EHR, RIS, PACS, or revenue cycle data is a plus.

About the company

Accentuate Staffing is working with a healthcare services company that is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across the business. This is a highly visible role that works directly with senior leaders and operational stakeholders and plays a key part in how performance, productivity, and growth are evaluated across the organization.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience building dashboards, analyzing operational and financial data, and can clearly explain what the data means to executives and business leaders. The work goes beyond producing reports; the focus is on understanding how the business operates, identifying trends and issues, and communicating insights in a way that supports decisions.
