IT Cybersecurity Engineer

Title: IT Cybersecurity Engineer Location: Wisconsin or Illinois Type: Direct-Hire Experience: Mid-Level Our direct client is actively seeking an IT Cybersecurity Engineer to join their talented and growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in reinforcing and optimizing their organization’s cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring it’s effectiveness and performance. Responsibilities: Designing and constructing secure IT systems, with a focus on overseeing system and network development to meet cybersecurity standards. Conducting thorough and specialized reviews and evaluations of cybersecurity information to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. Developing, modifying, and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards. Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity is required. A, relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education (associate’s degree), military

service, certifications, and professional experience in cybersecurity, is required. Excellent communication skills and a very strong attention to detail.
