Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle dev
  • STAR experience is a plus
  • Key skills include proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX
  • SQL and PL/SQL: Writing and executing SQL queries and developing PL/SQL procedures and functions.
  • Experience with Oracle Forms and Weblogic
  • Performance Tuning: Optimizing database performance, including query optimization and resource allocation.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving environment issues, including performance problems and errors.
  • Data Migration: Experience with Performing database migrations and upgrades is a plus.
  • Cloud Expertise: Working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
  • Scripting and Automation: Using scripting languages (e.g., Python, unix, Java) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to independently work with product and business to gather requirements, design and implement solutions.
  • Commitment to write clean maintainable code with good documentation practices
