Artificial Intelligence Scientist IV

You will independently drive AI research and innovation with high conviction, collaborating with other scientists and engineers to develop and publish new industry leading ideas, and mentor a talented team of both junior and senior applied scientists, fostering growth and nurturing the next generation of AI leaders., * You hold a MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field. A PhD is preferred.

• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including asset management industry experience or as a Researcher in a lab.
• You have practical experience with the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI technology including RAG, including parameter-efficient fine-tuning, instruction fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• You have deep technical knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures, such as Transformers, training methodologies, and optimization techniques.
• You are committed to staying current with the latest advancements in the field, applying cutting-edge academic research to solve complex business challenges, and successfully bringing innovative solutions into production.
• You’ve worked effectively with software engineering teams.
• You have contributed to research communities and preferably have published papers/blog articles related to machine learning.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
