Job description

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer / Integration Engineer with 10+ years of overall software development experience and strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade integrations and APIs across cloud and on-premises systems.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP APIs, RAML, DataWeave, API Manager, CloudHub, CI/CD, and AWS services., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

  • Develop MuleSoft applications using Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and RAML.
  • Design and implement RESTful and SOAP web services and API integrations.
  • Develop reusable APIs following API-led connectivity principles.
  • Work with Anypoint API Manager, Exchange, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub.
  • Build integrations between enterprise applications, databases, SaaS platforms, and cloud services.
  • Develop complex transformations using DataWeave 2.0.
  • Implement error handling, exception management, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Deploy and manage MuleSoft applications across different environments.
  • Integrate MuleSoft applications with AWS cloud services.
  • Work with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS, IAM, and RDS.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
  • Work with DevOps teams using Jenkins, Git, Maven, GitHub/GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot production integration issues and provide root-cause analysis.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other development teams.
  • Ensure integrations follow enterprise security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall software development/integration experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
  • Strong experience with Mule 4 / Anypoint Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Anypoint Studio
  • Mule Runtime
  • DataWeave 2.0
  • API Manager
  • Runtime Manager
  • Anypoint Exchange
  • CloudHub
  • RAML
  • Strong experience developing REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
  • Strong AWS cloud experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, IAM, and RDS.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Strong experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Experience working with SQL databases and relational data.
  • Strong understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP, OAuth 2.0, TLS/SSL, and API security.
  • Experience with enterprise application integration and distributed systems.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
  • Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or other enterprise applications.
  • Experience with AWS DevOps and infrastructure automation.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
