Requirements

7+ years leading enterprise-scale CRM, FSC, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Customer 360 data programs.
Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data architecture and data model.
Experience leading complex migrations from platforms such as Custom Applications, CRM, Wealth Management, Insurance Administration, Client Management, and Advisor platforms.
Strong understanding of Customer, Household, Relationship, Financial Account, Holdings, Insurance Policy, Activity, and Interaction data domains.
Experience defining migration strategies involving multiple source systems, APIs, batch feeds, and enterprise integration platforms.
Proven experience establishing migration volumetrics, reconciliation frameworks, data governance models, and enterprise data operating models.
Ability to engage effectively with business executives, operations teams, data owners, architects, and engineering teams to drive critical data decisions, * Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data.
Solid experience in salesforce apex development for creating triggers, classes, and batch processes.
Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
Familiarity with salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams effectively.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred
