Job description

The Active Directory Team is responsible for the administration and operation of Active Directory services and servers in all aspects of the client s needs. The Cloud Administrator will be focused on AWS and Azure services, and the support of IaaS for the client s users and 3rd party vendors. The Cloud Architect will work with other IDM services to effectively create a solution to meet the user s needs. Troubleshooting across service offerings will be necessary as well as working with external 3rd party technical staff. The team is responsible for the design and execution of LCM, security, and product enhancement projects for the platform. The architect will assist client SMEs in designing new features and improvements into the operations and administration of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. Monitor and optimize the ability of the data processing center to meet cloud computing demands, ensuring systems are built for change, scalability, and reusability. Engineer and build components for Cloud solutions to better facilitate Cloud operations service delivery support and business continuity. Adhere to and implement security related policies and guidelines. Assist offshore team members with daily activities. Setup, configure, and maintain components of organizational networks and system infrastructure. Develop system improvements based on business needs under guidance from project Architects. Monitor key result areas and metrics on project.
