AI Solutions Architect

Lenovo seeks an AI Solutions Architect to join the Hybrid Cloud Solutions and AI Offering Engineering team within SSG. This senior-level role designs and delivers agentic AI and generative AI solutions across Lenovo’s enterprise offering portfolio, producing customer-facing architectures and reusable solution IP that can be consumed internally and deployed through Lenovo Professional Services and Managed Services teams globally. The architect owns solution-level design across the full agentic AI stack: translating enterprise business problems into AI system architectures, designing multi-agent orchestration patterns, building RAG pipelines and LLM-powered workflows, and embedding AI governance through solutions such as NemoClaw. Architecture outputs span both customer-deployable offerings and internally consumable reference designs that guide field delivery teams worldwide. The ideal candidate brings breadth across AI solution design, agentic frameworks, and enterprise architecture patterns. NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform experience is valued as a key delivery layer. Still, the anchor for this role is the ability to design AI solutions that solve real enterprise problems and translate directly into field-ready offerings. This is a remote-eligible role with customer-facing responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Design end-to-end agentic AI and generative AI solution architectures for enterprise customers, translating business and operational requirements into deployable AI system designs.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns and RAG pipeline architectures using leading agentic frameworks, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
• Architect AI governance and agent policy solutions using NemoClaw and similar frameworks, covering inference governance, policy enforcement, and responsible AI guardrails for enterprise deployments.
• Produce reusable solution IP for Lenovo’s agentic AI offering portfolio: reference architectures, solution blueprints, integration guides, and sizing frameworks consumable by PS and MS field teams globally.
• Design LLM integration architectures spanning model selection, fine-tuning strategy, prompt engineering patterns, context management, and retrieval-augmented generation for enterprise use cases.
• Develop NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform architectures as the delivery substrate for agentic and GenAI solutions, including NIM microservice integration, NeMo Agent Toolkit orchestration, and Triton inference optimization.
• Support pre-sales engagements as a senior AI architecture authority, producing customer-facing solution proposals, proof-of-concept designs, and architecture validation artifacts.
• Collaborate with Lenovo product teams and NVIDIA Alliance to align solution architectures with hardware roadmaps and co-sell program requirements.
• Maintain and evolve a library of reusable AI solution patterns, distributed to WW GEO delivery teams and updated to reflect platform and framework advances on a regular cadence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artifical Intelligence, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise AI, machine learning, or solution architecture roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in agentic AI frameworks
• Strong foundation in generative AI solution design
• Proven experience designing and delivering customer-facing AI solutions in pre-sales, professional services, or managed services environments
• Proficiency with NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 132,200-202,745 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
