Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with strong experience in Healthcare Benefits Administration and/or Financial Services.
15-20+ years of experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, software engineering, and technical leadership.
Strong domain expertise in Financial Services and Healthcare Benefits Administration, including HSA, FSA, HRA, and COBRA.
Experience with participant lifecycle, contribution/reimbursement processing, claims adjudication, and benefits platforms.
M&A, post-merger integration (PMI), platform consolidation, system migration, technical due diligence, and integration/rationalization roadmaps is a strong plus.
Strong ability to connect technical architecture with business and product strategy and evaluate platforms from both technical and product perspectives.
Hands-on multi-cloud architecture experience across Azure, AWS, and OCI, with strong Azure expertise preferred.
Strong Azure experience with Azure Functions, Blob, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Web PubSub, Container Apps, and APIM.
Strong IAM and security experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, ADFS, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, OPA/OPAL, and IAM policies.
Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, serverless, service mesh, actor-based systems, and API gateways.
Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, or .NET with experience building enterprise solutions.
Strong database expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB; DacFx is a plus.
Experience with Kafka (Confluent/Strimzi), Azure Event Hub, Service Bus, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Knowledge of Kubernetes/AKS, Dapr, Kratix, Backstage.io, and Kubernetes Operators.
Strong DevOps experience with Azure Repos/Pipelines, Bicep, ARM Templates, AKS, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering.
Experience with HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or other regulated-industry compliance frameworks.
Strong leadership experience mentoring and managing Architects, Tech Leads, and Developers across onshore/offshore teams.
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, project/program leadership, and Scaled Agile delivery experience.
