Requirements

Things that don’t want candidates that infra/platform/devops or too much on the data side. They need to have that application side, and the Java and Python background skills are ideal. A person who moved from Java to Python in the cloud aws is Ideal. Backend skills are valued, and front-end skills are not in the role. I have rejections for full-stack devs., Candidates need extensive exp in:

  • AWS

  • Lambda

  • Terraform

  • IaC

  • System Design knowledge

  • Kafka

  • API Development

  • Cloudwatch

  • Strong foundation in cloud technologies python, Java, AWS, Lambda, Step Functions

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering experience

  • Strategic thinker is a MUST

  • Someone with consistent communication and ability to follow through

  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional
